Rates:
*Rates are quoted in Malaysian Ringgit(RM) unless otherwise stated on basis of exchange rates in effect at the time of publication.
*All rates valid at time of printing and is subject to change without prior notice due to increase in airfares, other transport costs, hotel rates, exchange rates etc.
Reservation:
*Reservation is accepted in designated reservation form by fax or e-mail. Booking must be made 10 working days prior to departure. Other requirements or special arrangement should be informed when making reservation.
*Flight and land arrangement bookings are strictly done by Worldwide Aviation Sales Sdn Bhd and confirmation is subject to the availability.
*Surcharge would be imposed for seat secured in a higher booking class.
Child-Sharing Policy:
*Child rate is applicable for child below 12 years old and package rate would depend on type of room sharing with adult.
Refund & Cancellation:
*No refund or exchange can be made in respect of accommodation, meals, sightseeing tours, transport or any other services, which are included in the tour but not utilized by the traveler.
*The following scale of charges will apply when cancellation is notified in writing:
a)Between 22-45 days prior to departure Deposit of RM200 will be forfeited
b)Between 08-21 days prior to departure 30% of tour price
a)Between 03-07 days prior to departure 50% of tour price
a)Less than 2 days prior to departure 100% of tour price
Tour Cancellation:
*Worldwide Aviation Sales Sdn Bhd reserves the right to cancel or reschedule any tour departure in accordance with operating requirement or circumstances beyond control. Should this occur, we will offer you an alternative arrangement.
Amendment Fees:
*A minimum fee of RM200 will be charged for any revision or alteration made after confirmation unless otherwise stated in the air ticket conditions.
Payment:
*Deposit of RM200 per person is required for a booking confirmation. Full payment must be made at least 30 days prior to departure. Failure to comply with this may result in an automatic cancellation of your booking and forfeiture of your deposit.
Travel Insurance:
*We strongly recommend that at the time of booking, you purchase travel insurance which cover loss of deposits, cancellation charges, luggage claims, medical expenses and others.
Responsibilities:
*Worldwide Aviation Sales Sdn Bhd acts only as intermediary between passenger and the different contractors and are not held responsible for losses, damages or injuries of a person or property, any other irregularities caused or arising beyond control.
*All tickets, coupons and orders are furnished and issued subjected in all respects to those conditions under which the means of transportation or the other services provided are offered or supplied by owners, operators, public carriers or agents.
